With rolling fields and rural landscapes rippling between the north and south ends of the Saanich Inlet, central Saanich is full of the flat fields and small farms that comprise country charm at its finest. Home to approximately 7,000 residences, the majority of the area is broken up into plots of rural acreage, with pockets of single-family homes smattered across the landscape. The rolling scenes give way to quaint Saanichton Village, which provides many of the amenities for the community.
In addition to the natural beauty of open spaces and room to breathe, Center Saanich features coastal frontage, close proximity to the Airport and BC Ferries, and easy access along Highway 17, making travel to Sidney, Downtown Victoria, and Hwy 1 a breeze. It is also home to the world-renowned Butchart Gardens, making the region one of Victoria’s top attractions.
