Blenkinsop

The Blenkinsop Valley is, primarily, a rural residential and agricultural area located mostly outside the urban containment boundary. Topography varies from the steep slopes of Mt. Douglas to the large floodplain surrounding Blenkinsop Lake. Land uses include commercial agriculture, hobby farms, outdoor recreation, and approx 400 rural residential properties. With the exception of Mt. Douglas Park to the east, the valley is surrounded by urban residential development. Relatively large parcel sizes and easy access from the urban area of Saanich make the valley an attractive location.

If you enjoy the benefits of a rural space in an urban place, this is the neighbourhood for you.
