The spring market is sustaining its pace with an increase in sales for both single family and condominiums compared to last year.

Inventory is rising with over 26% more active listings compared to last year. Albeit we are still far below the 10 year average for inventory. Properties are taking longer to sell as Buyer’s have more choice.

Seller’s in the 500-800k range who price sharply and offer quality product will still have strong response from prospective Buyers.
